Registered Night Nurse
We are looking for dynamic and forward thinking Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to deliver care to clients living with dementia and other complex mental health needs.
Duties will include:
- Daily administration of prescribed medication, including PRN
- Completing detailed daily documentation/record keeping
- Updating client care plans routinely and additionally as required
- Responding to the daily clinical needs of individual clients
- Clear and concise communication skills are essential for daily liaison with the management, care team and relevant external professionals
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending upon knowledge and experience.

Care Support
Our Care Support team are dedicated to fulfilling all nutrition and hydration requirements for each client.
In collaboration with the care team, Care Support staff will assist clients with regular intake of fluids and assistance at mealtimes, ensuring all relative documentation is completed.

Living Well Practitioner
Are you passionate enough about care to ‘create the motivation for life?’
We are currently seeking someone with drive, creativity, enthusiasm and passion to be a part of the Living Well team.
Duties include:
- Delivery of meaningful daily activities, to stimulate the physical and mental wellbeing of the clients.
- Understanding the need of promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment for all clients through a person centred care approach.
- Taking part in organising fundraising events to go towards client activity funds.

Domestic Assistant – Part Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised team player, who can carry out domestic duties within the home, according to Infection Control policy and COSHH guidelines.
Duties include:
- Working within the bedrooms and communal areas of the home
- Working in the Laundry
- Daily housekeeping tasks, including bed making and sanitisation of surfaces.
Full training will be given.
Must be flexible to cover absence and holidays.
